Pretty Easy - 3 interviews & a presentation. Typical customer success interview style. Everyone was very friendly and made you feel welcome. Quick follow up as well and ultimately received an offer.

Three rounds, pretty standard. The initial call is very stiff, you can tell they are just reading from a script, giving no conversation cues or responses to what you have to say - not the best feeling in the world. The second call with the hiring manager was the easiest, it's more listening to the role to see if you would like it, I think they asked me 3 questions? The last round is a lot, you have to create a 30 min presentation and then an hour of situational and behavioral questions. They want the presentation to be a role playing conversation with the client- they fail to explain that. Then the hour of questions is again very robotic, no one had anything to respond to after I answered they just ticked the box and moved to the next question. No interest in learning more, although they want you to ask them all the questions you can.
