I applied online. I got an invitation to interview within 24 hours of job application. The first round was a 30 minute phone interview with an HR. We went through my resume and she told me more about the company and the team I would be working with. The process was fairly smooth and handled professionally. I appreciate that they actually get back to you within the timelines they state.
