Walked in and asked to see the general manager and proceeded with the interview. The manager was very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. There was nothing to be afraid of, he talked like any other person/peer would.

Quick and simple. Was very straightforward and to the point of what was going to be asked of the employee and how serious I was about the job. I had no experience going into the job other than being enthusiastic about the position.
