There was a very brief phone interview before the physical interview. The interviewer was extremely pleasant to deal with made me feel very comfortable. They were extremely enthusiastic throughout. They answered any questions I had and were professional.

Name one time you had to make a difficult decision
First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.
It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
