First I was contacted by the talent acquisition manager in August. We spoke for over 1 hour about my skills and experiences and expectations for the role. Then, I had an interview panel with 8 people in a set of 6 meetings in September. Although the process was quite long, the interviewers were nice to speak with. It felt like it was a informal conversation where we were sharing experiences. There was no writing test, but they did ask me to describe how a S&OP process would look like in detail. Overall, it was a good experience. Spectrum’s team was agile in keeping me posted for next steps. I got an offer in October.

Entrevista
I was immediately impressed with the highly professional process. The communication was direct and timely keeping me well informed throughout. Every person I interacted with, from the recruiters to the VP's, were genuinely interested in my background, goals, and leadership approach. I was given undivided attention and never felt rushed to wrap up my discussion. The corporate commitment to environment, safety, integrity, and employee development is deeply integrated in every aspect of the company. The interview and hiring journey was exciting, energizing, inspiring, and rewarding.
