There were three interviews and a coding challenge in the application process. First, there was an interview with HR during which I was asked general questions and we also talked about my CV. I further had the oppertunity to ask a lot of questions about the company, like working processes etc. HR also explained the following steps in the application process to me. After this, I was invited to a coding challenge. I had to choose one of three different tasks which I had to solve programmatically. After reviewing my provided code, I was invited to a technical interview during which I spoke to two developers. We talked about my code and I could explain my decisions. In the further course of the conversation, I was asked how I would solve different problems, how I would interact with colleagues and how I would behave in specific situations. Finally, I was invited to a third interview with the CEO, who told me about the company's history, why they formed, their motivation, and their long-term goals. He also he made me a job offer and explained to me how they came up with my salary offer. During each call I had the impression that all participants were highly motivated and skilled and they stand behind the company's ideals and goals. I had to choose between offers from different companies, but the decision was not hard for me and I really look forward to start working with the guys!
