I had test days in the company, after I sent the work, instead of feedback and edits I received a rude refusal to cooperate without detailed explanations of the reasons. Before that, time was spent on a test task and successfully passed. At the same time, the refusal was justified by non-compliance with the studio standards, which are not described anywhere and no one provided them. Also, no one gave feedback and the opportunity to correct the work and learn about the standards. I can advise the company to be more attentive to candidates and value time, and candidates to think again whether it is worth wasting your time.
