Was interviewed for an intern position the summer before and got the position. They thought I was a great fit for the company so they asked me to return full time after I finished college and I accepted.

Entrevista
First contact is two separate evaluations, one for character and one for competence with SAT style questions. Upon completion of these, they reached out to me a few weeks later asking for an interview. The first part was with an HR representative where I again answered SAT style questions for a period. Then, I was able to speak with two employees from my department who conducted the true interview portion.

Entrevista
Submitted resume, and received a call from HR. We did a phone pre-screen where it seemed to really well ( based on the feedback from HR). They said they would get back to me after passing my resume to the Hiring Manager but never heard back. I called and sent emails asking for an updated but never received one.
Really disappointed on the lack of communication
