This was an absolute waste of time. Whoever does the first reviews seems to be non-technical, or just BSing. In my case they said that I worked on Windows and needed someone who worked on Linux platform. Really for web development? First of all I did work in an Linux environment for about 10 years, and second of all it doesn't matter because code is code regardless of what operating system you use. If you interview here (which i would recommend against anyways), on your resume emphasize your Linux experience so you can get past the gatekeeper.
