      Entrevista

      1 stage - screening interview with the recruiter. The time for the interview was proposed far in advance and based on the recruiter's availability. However, the recruiter was late for 30 minutes. Generally, normal and relevant questions, a bit too many questions that could be relevant for the next stage with the hiring manager. The recruiter said himself (without a question from my side) that the process will be VERY FAST and they want to finish in a couple of weeks. Oh my God, how insane and hypocritical it sounds now. 2 stage. After FOUR (4) weeks I received a letter in the early morning on Monday that I should receive beforehand the proposal for the meeting at 2 pm with the Head of Marketing and VP but I did not answer and they are waiting. Of course, that was a clear lie. I double-checked the spam folder - nothing. They just insanely returned to me after 1 month and tried even to make me responsible for their very late letters. I denied and booked with them the meeting in a couple of days. In the booking message, there were again two people to be present. In reality, there was just one and not one of those two mentioned ). Generally - quite ok. Too basic questions like I had to explain that I do not send the internal clients just files as reports but meet with them, present mockups, discuss different options, ask questions, etc. For me, it was more than essential but they went a lot to basics. This time the manager said that it may take some time before the next stage will take place because of holidays and the HR department is understaffed. 3 stage. After THREE (3) weeks the technical interview was taken. Of course, after that I did not take them seriously and did not want to work with them. I was just curious to see how it goes. Again, the interviewer was completely different from the people stated. He looked newbie and said that it is his first time. Even more basic and easy questions, but the interviewer was adequate and humble. In FIVE (5) weeks I received an auto email with the rejection. So it took approx. 3 months but nothing happened all these 3 months, just waiting. To sum up, a complete mess, with a lot of a lie, and a disrespectful attitude. Firstly, I thought that maybe I was a backup option. But no, it was clear at the end that they have a complete mess with the processes, not just the HR one. Otherwise, they will just stop the process after 1 interview.

      Entrevista

      I had 3 initial online rounds with the recruiter and 3 future colleagues (all holding a similar level position as the one that I applied for) - in general the questions were standard and the technical skillset interview was quite easy. I was scheduled for a final online round with the future manager - he was still in the last weeks at a different company before joining Solarisbank. He rescheduled a few times the interview but when it took place the discussion went well and at the end he told me that he'll get back to me by the end of the next week. Some weeks passed and no feedback. I messaged the recruiter and after another week the manager for updates, but none of them replied. I guess the final answer is no, but after 4 interview rounds I find it very unprofessional to not even bother to return an email - in my opinion this speaks a lot about both the 2 persons and the company culture that accepts such a behavior.
