The interview process was very straightforward. I went through one phone interview that lasted 30 minutes and then one in person interview, followed by a tour of the site. The questions were all behavioral. They want you to talk about specific events and accomplishments, and they want to know if you are good at working with others. The interviewers were very friendly and made me feel less nervous. I interviewed in front of 5 people that worked for Solar.
Applied online and was scheduled to have a virtual interview a few weeks later. The interviewers are nice people and the questions are all behavioral. I wasn't given an offer in the end but the interview process was nothing intense.

Interview is on the longer side but all questions and answers were addressed in STAR method. The interviewers were very nice and accommodating. Gave a tour of the office as well. Overall, pleasant experience.

Met them at a career fair and info session they held a few days before the fair. Very informative and straight-forward on who they were looking for. Got an interview the next day on campus. Very lovely people and extremely communicative.
