Applied online, had an initial chat with the recruiter followed by 3 more rounds with Engineering Manager, Head of Engineering and Backend Engineering manager. Ghosted afterwards which is unacceptable considering the amount of time invested in the interview process.

Pretty thorough process, several stages. Some pretty standard interview questions, though the interviewers were not very friendly. My impression was that company is an unstable start-up. In the end, I did not get an offer, but few months later they started firing many good programmers, so I am very glad I had not joined them.
