Entrevista
The interview process was very transparent from the get go. I had an initial phone screen with Recruiting to assess cultural fit and had a few phone screens with the broader leadership team focused around my experiences, skillset and fit with the practice. The last round was in person where I was given a case and a week to prepare a presentation on my approach. Recruiting was very prompt and responsive with follow throughs a day or two after each interview. A great interviewing experience which was a wonderful reflection of the culture at Slalom.

Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter. After the first round of technical interview I was told that my skill set does not align with the requirement. But still they would like to continue the interview process ( a big red flag). I went through 5 rounds of interview and only to be told later that they don't have a matching role at this time. That was really a big waste of time. They were aware that my profile did not match still they scheduled 6 rounds of interview. This was a very bad experience.
