Discussion on motivation, background, how much preparation I had done on the company, competences fit, what IT tools I was proficient with, then it was mostly a discussion fueled by my questions. I had prepared a lot on the company's and the founders' background, so it was quite easy. The interviewer was happy to answer and provide additional details.
