Average, very informal and very comfortable, manager was nice and all the employees seemed to be open to a new employee. Simply ask questions if you are new to customers. The only thing that I didn't prefer was getting pin drops for deliveries every road was a county road and if your not familiar with the area can be confusing.

JR simplot uses behavioral interviewing techniques, questions are centered around how you would and how you have handled past and future circumstances. They ask what was the worst job you ever had and what your favorite job ever was. If you succeed in the first interview they will call you back for a second and possibly offer a position.
