interview is very straight forward, once you apply to the desired open job location, they reach out to you over phone and ask a few questions, and depending on how you do you get an in person interview and that is where they ask you your customer service questions, and you can ask anything about company to show interest. And after the interview is done, they usually reach out to you 2-3 days after to offer you the position

entretien agréable, et à l'anglophone, on ne vous juge pas sur vos diplômes mais vos compétences acquises et votre personnalité, je trouve que les boites française devraient changer leur façon de faire et prendre exemple sur ce type de boites.
The interviewer was a no-call no-show. Waited patiently 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time, despite email confirmations sent to me every hour leading up to the day-of.
Disrespectful and unprofessional, but at least they showed their true colors up front.
