Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 6 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Shutterfly (Haifa)
Entrevista
Interviewed for the Haifa office in Israel.
The process was mostly professional until I interviewed with the VP, Moshe. The line between 'harsh interviewer' and 'entitled and condescending' was crossed constantly, he swore at his own employees who sat with him during the interview and generally did not feel the need to be respectful. Maybe he thinks people are so desperate for jobs it doesn't matter how they are treated.
HR did not ask how that interview went (unlike the interview before), I guess she knows what she's dealing with.
After that it took them 2 weeks to get back with an answer as 'they wanted to finish interviewing other candidates before they decide', which definitely shouldn't happen.

Last, there are a few on-site interviews.
A total of five interviews were conducted. The process was highly structured, clear, and straightforward, with each step well defined, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience from start to finish.
