Initial call that assesses your basic competency and availability, then 1 - 2 rounds of interviews with the managers, mainly competency based questions. Took around 1 month from application to the final interview but heard it can vary.

What is your strength and how can it value add to the team?
Behavioural interview with HR. Not too hard, but prepare for answers in English. The interview is conducted fully in English. The HRBP is friendly and nice, but is in a rush towards the end.
The initial interview process was really all about HR asking questions to know more about the applicant. The usual tell me about yourself and what makes you fit for this role questions came up.
The whole process takes around 2 weeks, starts with HR screening call, then a case study exam, followed by 2 more online interviews. Managed to proceed to the first online interview before being GHOSTED lol. The interviewer is unprofessional and you can genuinely tell they don’t wanna be there. Also, be careful of the “tips” the recruiter sent to you prior to the interview as it can be misleading and doesn’t reflect the interview process. Overall is a waste of time for the applicants.
