Apply online, fill out the typical resume format, of prior experience, military service, education, and anything else you'd like to say. Then come the questionaires, all situation and personality based, in which you rate yourself, or click your action. After if they want you they will call you for a interview in person, you'll do paper work if accepted, and go for a drug test. after a few business days if you tested negative on drugs they will call you to say your hired, and you'll begin working.
Quick, semi-formal. Interview, drug test, start can happen within one week. I wore business casual. Answer honestly and listen well. They'll send you for a drug test and background check before training.
This interview was very easy. It was a typical interview for any fast food/gas station. I was told I had got the job before I even walked out of the door.
It was good. Easy, but productive questions that let them know how you hold yourself and more about you and your work ethic But they do hire you for fulltime and only give you part time hours
