The job description mentioned no experience required, but questioning showed otherwise, starting with a 20-minute recruiter screen and a 1.5-hour behavioral interview led by an individual with a non-programmer background. Tardiness during the process was noted. One week delay and 20 minutes in waiting for someone to join the call. The first scheduled was a no-show and the second was tardy.
The company emphasizes a "family" culture, and on-call responsibilities were introduced during interviews, not explicitly mentioned in the job description.
In addition, they seem to have a slow culture supporting corporate ladders with one demographic dominating the teams. Decisions will be slow. Your career in tech would probably go to die here unless you enjoy living meek in the middle of nowhere in Pennsylvania.

Multiple round process. First is an online assessment depending on what they're looking for. For me, it was a couple of SQL hackerrank style questions. After that, video interview with recruiter. Then I met with one of their data teams over a video conference.

Super easy process to go through. Started with a coding exam which was SQL for me, then went to a standard video interview with HR recruiter. Mine was super nice, really easy questions, mostly just learning your tech stack + behavioral.
Next was the hiring manager + a lead developer. Easy questions, not really any technical. Mostly behavioral + experiences.
Last was with hiring manager + 2 team members. Just went through your resume and asked behavioral.
All in all, super easy process and really enjoyable for me.

It was very laid back. Interviewers we’re really nice. A mix of behavioral and technical questions, but nothing too complicated. There are 3 rounds. OA, phone call, zoom call. Everything was laid back. Nothing to be afraid about
