Me postulé en persona. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Sephora (Singapur)
Entrevista
I applied through their website and HR contacted me one day after my application date. The process was straightforward: a first round with HR, followed by a second round with the Hiring Manager. Both sessions went well, and the Hiring Manager even asked about my earliest onboarding date.
One day after the interview with the Hiring Manager, HR called me and shared very positive feedback from the Hiring Manager, mentioning that they would follow up soon with an offer after internal alignment. This gave me strong hope, and I even started preparing for onboarding.
One week later, there was still no update. I followed up, and HR asked me to wait. At that point, I already sensed that I was not selected.
After waiting another two weeks, I emailed to ask whether I could close the process on my side. HR again asked me to wait and promised an update within one week, which eventually resulted in a rejection.
It seems that post-interview feedback is part of Sephora’s standard process, so candidates should not place too much hope on positive feedback alone. In my experience, if there is no follow-up within a week, it usually means you are not final candidate.

Phone screen with recruiter is as far as I got. Asked normal questions, gave overview of interview process and role requirements, said I was qualified, would hear by end of the week if hiring manager wanted to meet, then got ghosted.
