The interview process began with an initial 30 minute phone interview. This was followed by a one-on-one interview, a small group interview, (2 people) and then a final larger group interview (6 people).

The interview questions were standard fair relevant to past work experience, strengths, weaknesses, etc. Specific examples were requested as well as questions around how I would go about adding value to the business and team.
