Very casual conversation with an HR recruiter mainly about my work history. She wasn’t able to answer many of the questions about the job however. Also, I was told I would have an answer by the end of the week and it’s now multiple weeks after and nothing. It’s cool if I’m not moving forward but like others have mentioned, they are good at ghosting you. I take it as a sign, if a company treats the people interested in their company this way, I can’t imagine the internal issues there must be.

Felt very disorganized and chaotic. I ended up jumping ship after two weeks of interviews and no clear end point or objective. Please remember your applicants are spending large amounts of time in preparation, and meeting with you. Please show up prepared!
