The process was clear, with constant support from the recruiter. Although it was disappointing not to get the role, the overall experience was very positive. There were many questions about previous projects with specific results.

The initial interview included a presentation of the company, a very comprehensive one. Then it had a series of questions to get to know me. They let me understand that it went quite well. The interview was on a Friday and the Recruiter told me they would get back to me mid-end of following week, not only they didn’t, but they never replied to my follow up email - ghosting me in other words. I understand it’s a large corporation, but from this experience it must be a total mess.
