The initial interview with Semperis was conducted via Microsoft Teams with a Talent Acquisition team member. During the interview, she asked a mix of basic behavioral questions and inquired about my professional experience.
I then received an email inviting me to complete a Codility assessment, which included two tasks. The first task required creating a Web API with CRUD operations using .NET Core in C#, the second task was about writing Unit tests using xUnit
I was bombarded with around 60 theoretical questions in computer science. VERY weird interview and experience. The interviewer just read those questions one by one and wrote my answers. They didn't even ask me about me experience. This is the strangest interview I've had in a long time.

Entrevista
The hiring process begins with a technical test consisting of two separate assessments, which take a total of two hours to complete. This is followed by an interview with the hiring manager and concludes with a technical interview.

They asked many technical questions and questions to see if you fit into their company culture.
After a call with the recruiter, I took the Codility test. Which had 2 hr limit, Including 2 easy but time-consuming tasks and 1 Leetcode hard problem (similar to 1671) where my solution passed initial test cases but failed on hidden ones causing me to lose the score
I am sure that the hiring team is great. But please don't use Codility for leet code hard problems
