This was the most awkward "interview" I've ever experienced. I use the word "interview" lightly, as the process is appropriately done as a question/answer session, so the hiring manager can gauge the qualifications and knowledge of the interviewee to determine if right for the position. This was not the case. I was sent an "agenda" prior to the "interview" which stated that I would provide an over-view of my work history, define my role as a QA Rep, then provide my definitions of quantitative quality and subjective quality, then a closing statement, all of which I was well prepared for.
