I applied online after being referred by an employee. TWO months later, I receive a rejection letter saying that I would not be considered for the position (after reviewing my qualifications and experience). I think this is absurd being that I have experience in Workers' Comp, yet they hired people who don't have a degree and no experience; they even stated it was mandatory that you have a degree. Terrible.

Entrevista
I felt the interview was fairly standard compared to others. The interviewer was very personable and ensured they answered all questions thoroughly. The follow-up to the interview was slower than anticipated.

Interview was interesting. We began in a large group and were introduced to the company. Then we broke off into smaller groups for a brief introduction. Then we went individual with two hiring specialists. Honestly, the one was more interested in talking about his experience vs mine.

Entrevista
The in person interview lasted one hour with the first half getting to know each other and the second half answering behavioral style questions. It was a good experience overall.
