Two interviews. Both went well. There weren't any questions. Just small talk about how great the company was like they were convincing themselves. After you get through the second interview, then you have to deal with the wait for equipment to be shipped. This was a work at home position, so it took a while. The whole thing was honestly a sign I should have seen.

Simple 2 step interview. The last interview is video. Asked basic questions concerning past positions. The last interview was to explain more details about the position. Also ask behavioral questions.

I applied online. Received an phone screening a week later. I was asked questions about my work history , told information about the job and training. And asked one scenario question that had to be answered in STAR FORMAT. Boom passed , immediately offered an interview with the hiring manager. Interview did over WEBEX. Talked to me about the job and also asked one scenario question. Also had me read a fake claims script. Ah week later I was offered a position so in all two weeks

Wacky. Doesn’t appear that HR and the Hiring Managers are working together. They have a long list of jobs on the website, but if you don’t fit into the exact time slot the hiring manager needs, you are out. IMO not a good way to do business. You look for the best candidates and see what open positions they may fit instead of just one position.
