First step was an online application and resume upload. Second was interviewed with a second party recruiter off site. Third was a meeting and briefing from the on site supervisor. Once you commit verbally you will receive email notifications for physical, drug test, finger printing and background checks. The physical is a full blown physical; push-ups, sit-ups and a five minute stepper cardio test. If you past all of the above tests, training begins. Training consists of two weeks; first week is class room environment. All power point presentations and test afterwards. Second week is firearm training, one day of hands on with pistol. They rest of the week is at shooting range, finished with weapon qualification. If you pass the two week training, you'll be measured for uniform, receive uniform two weeks later and begin your 68 hours of on the job training at site.
