The interview was very scripted in one of them. The other one asked the same questions but in a more casual manner. Both interview questions were pretty basic. As an example one question was have you ever lead a group and how did it turn out. The emphasis was on leadership.

Several interviews for 2 jobs at one company. Interviewed for a lead job in the return area. Interviewed with 5 of the management team in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later stated the job was not available. I was asked to interview for another job as a lead. Only 1 interview. From March to May went through process of interviews.

Fairly easy. Just general questions about leading a team, working in projects, and typical ethics questions. They'll ask about previous work experiences and how they apply to the current position.
