Hiring was a joke. She pretty much asked me the same questions but in different wording. It took a month from the application submition to the actual hiring process. Three different interviewers (Supervisor, ASM and HR) before I got the ok from the store manager.
2 way conversation, very collaborative. Asked numerous behavioral questions what software programs are you familiar with? do you have experience with Jira project management systems. Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult employee

Entrevista
1. Submit the CV first
2. The company review the CV.
3. If all required thing mach , they call for the interview.
4. Ask about my self/ My hobby/ Aim/ Experience/ Education.
5. If all are ok they call for next interview and finalize.

Entrevista
The interview was easy and quick but it took a couple of months for a confirmed answer. This is quite normal for most corporate jobs hut overall it was good.
