Interview Process was pretty easy if you understand how to manager people and what is important in Loss Prevention. If you do not, they will see through the BS. You need strong interview skills for this position and its a lot of travel. A lot of hate and discontent from ops side. Each DM wants you in their area every day. Upper management plays favorites and does not promote based on performance.
