Entrevista
It was overall a positive experience, and the process was pretty much the same for over a decade. I made it to the assessment center and got a pretty positive feedback but they retained me only as a reserve candidate. It was of three rounds. Interview + Group discussion on a case study + Imaginary scenario of meeting a client (who is upset with a recent issue in their organization).

Entrevista
In the first round, I had a video interview and numerical assessment (HireVue). The final assessment included a presentation where the topic would be given before hand and had to be prepared, group discussion, and one-to-one situational-based questions with HR's.

easy process using ai, standard questions which can be practiced before hand, however difficult to determine what the ai machine wants from you, tailor your responses based on qualities they are looking for to see success
