Poor. Was recording a video of yourself answering questions. Shows lack of interest in the graduate program not to get a representative to interview them. Unsure if it has changed now as my initial interview was about a year ago.

Entrevista
After an initial phone interview then a competency questionnaire you are invited to an on-site assessment event. Pretty typical tasks (group work, solo interview, situational awareness etc). The whole process took around 3 months and were given feedback at the end.
