The interview was pretty casual. There were 1 person from the HR Department and 1 person from the Department that was hiring. Questions were not too tricky but rather focusing on "What you did" and "How is it related to the job". CV investigation took most of the interview time. Job tasks were not clearly defined and explained so I left the interview having no idea what tasks would be included if I were hired. HR lady seemed very uninterested in the interview and gave me a feeling she was not too serious about interviewee.
Did not get the offer but never plan to re-apply at Schindler.

HR call and hiring manager interview. It was easy and straight forward. Follow good ethics and you may do well. German and English language skills both are required. Nothing else.
