• Took a tour of the store (donation center, backrooms and lunch room) • Went through like 20 questions • Went through the physical aspects of the job. They expect you to push a 1500lbs cart. • Then awkwardly did a role play The interview took a total of 50 minutes
the interview process was smooth. the interviewer was easy to talk to. the interview did not take too long and the outline/job description was easily explained during the process. all in all, it was a fluid interview process.

Entrevista
It was long, they are required to ask a bunch of basic questions that you have to answer. Lasted about 45 minutes for me. At the end you have to do a skit and say your part as a CDC ambassador to share the mission of that value village( they’ll give u the lines)
