There are a lot of online tests and you have to consent to a lot of background checks before you can even submit your application, but that is understandable I guess! The process required a phone interview with HR and on approval they book an appointment with the Branch Director. The interview was good and you had to sit an exam to test your checking and math skills. Overall the process was okay but I can also see why people can get frustrated. I was happy with the detail provided to me, whilst I would have preferred a pack in writing posted to me, HR sent a wealth of information to find out about life at Santander and the benefits of working for them. It really did make you feel like one of the team!
