Was clearly crafted three rounds of interview including a demo. It starts with the technical round then with the hiring manager, then you go through the panel interview where you show a demo using the product.
- What is your biggest weakness and how will will handle it in this role to be successful

Tech panel presentation with demo component, could be any product or solution. Evaluates presentation skills and demonstration ability but there is no learning component necessarily. Mine went well with the audience clearly wanting more flare on the demo side, but the solution I chose prevented that to a large degree. Tip is to address audience members directly by name/role instead of ask generic, are there any questions?
- Does the product support some feature or integrate with some other solution.

The most important part of the interview process is panel presentation. You'll receive a case study, and then you need to login to Salesforce demo account, do some configuration if you like, then present the solution according to the case/scenario.
- Be prepared for objection handling. Tough questions like how do you compare SF with MSFT, what's your differentiation etc.

I applied and had 4 rounds of interviews, first with HR, then with the manager of the team , after that with his Boss and finally i had yo prepare a use case to present to a panel of 5 people. I felt throughout all the interviews everyone was very pleasant, and explained the role in detail and asked about experiencie and motivations to make sure I was a good fit and It is something I was up for. During the panel prep I felt really supported too. I only have nice words for everyone I met.
- Why Salesforce? What are your values? What is your experiencie? How do you handle objections? Then questions related to experiencie and the use case presented.

The interview process was very transparent. It was an intense process if you have limited experience in the Salesforce Ecosystem (I only had about 6 months). The first 3 rounds are normal interview questions. First with a recruiter, second with the hiring manager, third consisted of 3 interviews (1 peer, 1 AE, 1 VP). The fourth round is the mock discovery call followed by several weeks of building your solution and presentation to their fake use case. You then present your Demo in an hour-long interview that consisted of 6 panel members. They act as clients and interrupt you to ask you typical client questions and objections. Following that presentation I had one final interview with a high level leader. I received a call 3 days later with an offer. I started this process in November and didn't finish until mid Feb. It was very long and that is my only negative feedback but I know with the holidays in there it probably would have been shorter. They were always available for questions about the job or the demo and offered to dry run the demo with me a week prior and provide feedback. I felt very supported throughout.
- Come up with a few ways that Salesforce could be implemented to improve processes in your previous industry?

Lots of interviews...1st: phone screen with the recruiter (about 30 min), 2nd: video meet with the hiring manager, if that goes well, then 3rd: peer interview --> 4th: panel interview with team which includes a presentation and mock demo --- also thrown in the mix at the end is a video meet with the AE for the accounts.
- Why Salesforce, over the competition?

1 first hr interview for a first screening 2 interviews with managers - pretty standard 1 panel where you demo a use case 2 further interviews with senior managers Last interview with hr for salary négociation
- The "hard" part is preparing for the panel, where you act as a solution engineer in front of customers. You must prepare your presentation, your pitch and study the Salesforce solutions You are followed by a buddy which helps you prepare

Interviewing at Salesforce is a rigorous process with ampoule help and support. Expect a final panel presentation with the hiring manager, secondary manager, director, and several Solution Engineers from the team. You will have a coach to help answer questions as you prepare. Questions throughout the panel presentation will range from soft ball to hardball technical questions.
- Explain a difficult situation that challenged you and how you overcame it. How do you run a typical sales cycle, explain who you work with and tools you leverage.
