Smooth and competitive. Ideal for anyone applying for a Solutions Engineer role. I had known the director in the area i applied for over a year. When things aligned for myself to apply for the role, she made sure i understood what i was applying for and what i needed to do to prepare for the interview. My interview process was a bit different but i still had to do the mock presentation. I found it pretty laid back and a great chance to show my skill set. I advise anyone prepping for the mock presentation to not focus too much on the bells and whistles in the technology but rather on the mock client challenges and how the Salesforce technology aligns with them creating new business opportunities. In the end, there was some negotiation on the salary (you will need to show your worth to really ask above market rates) and the people in the office were extremely friendly and attentive during the whole process.

The application was straightforward 3 steps in total one with the recuirter, HM interview and a panel. The panel was quite challenging. I felt like i walked into a cold room immediately.
