Very positive overall interview process. Everyone involved was very professional and responsive. Panel review and case study was required. Initial interviews were scheduled very quickly. The panel interview was delayed due to scheduling difficulties.

Very disappointing experience,  that led me to come to the conclusion that I would not want to join a company that looks so disorganized, with arrogant people (but doing  one day of charity activity per year makes them believe they are human), and unfair experience. Much time between the various interviews (HR, team manager and team mate), despite my good will to accept any available slot, early in the morning, lunch time or late in the day despite my own busy agenda, but very poorly-responsive HR turned the appointment-fixing into an endless story. The worst experience, the pannel, the hiring climax of Salesforce... If the principle of presenting an articulated response to a mini-RFP is good, it requires that SF employees themselves play their role correctly, not what I have experienced. Such an unfair thing, depending on who is part  of the team and which 'role' you are requested to play.  Much time spent on preparing the presentation that they hardly reviewed, their only focus point  was to get me stuck around planning and budget sarcastic questions, sooo easy! I was supposed to play the role of a SF Professional Services Engagement Manager for his last meeting, hence presenting the final response to a half-page RFP given a couple of days before. I only had the opportunity to talk for 30' to a team mate to figure out the exercise... Himself playing the same role but for the first discovery meeting, which changes the rules. In my  case, I faced a team of 4 persons representing the customer without any introduction as we got the room and some participants late, two of them not involved at all, one of them with a rude attitude, coming in and out of the room to take (real!) phone calls, forgetting about his own customer role he was supposed to play, to act as a true SF 'know-it-all' expert, stating he knew  about what he was talking about given his large SF experience, challenging every word I was pronouncing, even those coming directly from my own past experiences! The other participant talking was introducing new outstanding questions and topics never mentioned in the 'RFP', while I was supposed to be in my last meeting!!! This attitude just never happens in real life while at this stage, you have already put together a large list of assumptions following all what you have discovered, and related corollary, all what will not be covered in the project as a consequence.  I did not know which kind of attitude I had to take therefore, as I was so willing to state that I would never find myself in such a situation for real, but could not say 'I did not know that you had made this decision' at the so-called last meeting!!! Meaning that having the discovery role to play is undoubtedly easier to play in this context whereby you have 10 lines about a situation to make your case on.   Even mentioning 2 integrations as a mere assumption for the sake of the presentation in such an unknown situation was mocked, while my purpose was just to present my approach, especially as you can't afford spending days and days on putting together a precise presentation (that could be easily challenged anyway), on top of your daily  job! So unfair and frustrating.  The cherry on the cake? Despite the 3 appointments I went to at SF premises, the hard work on the presentation, the HR rep has never come back to me, even through a mere automatic notification triggered through a click on a button, to announce what I assume was a negative response. Unprofessional and contemptuous,  this is also my own judgement of the overall experience. I have always thought that the hiring experience was the first communication piece of a company, giving you the desire or not to continue, no regret not to join this company in this case.

Entrevista

There were two interview rounds. First one with HR and the second one with the hiring manager. The recruitment process was quite quick (around 3 weeks) and the steps were clearly communicated. Recruiters were professional, friendly and easy to reach. In general a positive experience.
