Submitted an application and within 48 hours a recruiter reached out to me to schedule a 30-minute introduction. Afterward, he scheduled a one-time panel interview with 2 managers and a decision will be made within 48 hours.

It was a 2- stage interview process that went quickly and smoothly. The first interview was a 30-minute phone call with the recruiter on a Tuesday. The second interview was scheduled for the following Monday, 75 minutes via Teams with: a Sr. Mgr. Public Sector Business Development, a Mgr. Public Sector Business Development Federal Civilian, and a Sr. Director of Sales Development. The recruiter and the coordinator did an amazing job at communicating next steps and how to prepare for the panel interview. Their email contained: Candidate Resources links, Possible Panel Attendees, Interview format, Questions to be prepared to answer, Role overview, Salesforce Specific Research links, Questions/Follow Up. Everyone was professional, kind, easy to speak with and you can really see that they exude the Salesforce values. Honestly, this was the best interview process of my career. Take your time to prepare!

2 step interview process. First with a recruiter and then with a panel of BDR Managers. Recruiter is straight forward and is mainly there to help you prep for the next round. Following round is lots of situational and behavioral questions with some common interview questions thrown in as well. Harder to prepare for but following the preparation guide is helpful.

The interview process consisted of 3 stages. First with the hiring manager, second a panel interview with a few other senior managers and then lastly the final interview with the sales director.

Recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. First call was on phone with recruiter for 30 minutes. Second interview was with 2 sales managers via zoom for an hour. The 2 hiring managers told me I would receive their feedback that same day and then a final decision the next week. Never heard back from Salesforce. This was 3 weeks ago and still nothing even when I reached out last week to the recruiter. They completely ghosted me. Not even an email saying I didn’t get the position. Very unprofessional and I was more than experienced for the position I interviewed for.

One week later, I had a panel interview - a Zoom call with 2 managers in the office I'd be working in and my recruiter was on the call as well. They asked me questions from the list she sent me. There was nothing unexpected and the entire process took just 20 days from applying to receiving an offer. Super simple and straightforward. Just be sure to prepare!

Great interview process! My recruiter kept me updated and was very responsive and easy to work with. The time from interview to offer took a little longer than expected but again, I was kept in the loop the entire time and had a great experience with both my interviewers and my recruiter.
