Just a typical corporate low end job interview. Asking about previous customer service experience, best situation, worst situation, what are your long term goals, why do you want to work here? etc.

Describe a situation in which you had to deal with a difficult customer?
It was fast and easy, very proactive people and organized. On the first day I received the call, and I was happy about it. They hire fast. If in the first 2 weeks you don't receive a call, check again.
Didn't ask any hard questions, just when availability was and if was over 18 (in order to be cashier). Didn't have to wait long to be called into the office.

Entrevista
When I came in for the interview, I was brought back to the office. We went over previous work scenarios and how I handled them. I was given a choice between two departments. I received an offer letter then and there.
