Process was quick. I applied on March 25th and was offered the position on April 4th. Of course between that time frame I was asked to do an assessment which was pretty easy, a recoded video responding to interview questions, and then the official virtual interview with a recruiter.

The interview was easy, general questions using the STAR format. The recruiter and hiring manager were personable. Basically, went over work history and experiences. It was very laid back and very informal. I will say that I did apply for a full-time position and was informed that "all full-time" positions were full and are now only offering Part-time as a result. However, checking their job board after accepting the offer. They had 3 new ads for the same exact position, listed as full-time. Which not only left a bad impression, it absolutely dissolved the trust in our brand-new working relationship, before it even started. Safelite, there are PLENTY of people that are looking for part-time remote jobs. It's absolutely misleading and a terrible way to start off a new employee.
