Erster Kontakt mit dem HR Team, die Fragen waren allgemein, der Kontakt insgesamt sehr angenehm. Leider habe ich einige Wochen später nur eine Standardabsage bekommen (ohne jeglichen Bezug auf das Gespräch) - nach einem persönlichen Gespräch ein No Go für mich.

The recruitment process was very agile and well organized. A recruiter contacted me and arranged a first interview with 2 Chief Project Managers in Switzerland. The interview lasted one hour where I could explain my experience and my skills. The treatment was very pleasant and they made me feel like I was in a work meeting. After te first interview, 2 weeks later I had a second interview with the head of HR in Switzerland, the Head of PM in Siuza, and the Head of Portfolio from BME Madrid. In this 30 minute interview I could talk about my skills and how I manage projects. Also with a very nice and pleasant treatment. They made me feel good at all times. The last meeting I had, was with the same BME Madrid Portfolio Manager. It was really no longer an interview but a meeting to clarify issues about the job and some doubts that might arise. They told me that they were interested in my profile and that they would like me to be part of the SIX / BME team. In addition to these interviews, that were done remotely, the HR staff kept me informed of the entire process by email. I never disconnected from the process. This is something very positive for the company. Finally, the head of HR at BME Madrid called me by phone and made me an offer which I valued, accepted and finally signed. I am looking forward to starting work in this company. Starts 02/11/2021.
