Recruiter messaged me to set up a call with him, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager. The initial call with the recruiter lasted a little over 2 minutes because he opened with, "I jumped the gun scheduling this meeting, I don't think it's going to be a good fit" and said they were looking for someone with more experience. I was given no opportunity to answer questions or ask questions. It was hardly an interview, as much as it was a recruiter showing me that he isn't very good at his job.
