Entrevista
Employee referral. Travelled to a location for a series of back-to-back organized interviews with peers and employees related to the job and other areas of the company. Two interviews followed by phone. Decision made within a month. Offer made over the phone and written. Accepted the offer but process after the interview was extremely painful, due to HR processes which were dependent on employees on vacation. There was no empowerment or escalation path to get the hiring process under an acceptable timeframe.

I would describe the interview process as very comprehensive. They were multiple levels of interview with HR, Hiring managers and various panels. But this was expected given the seniority of the position. But it was all worth it, as SAP is a great company to work for and has a clear strategy moving forward. I glad my career journey has been and will be coupled closely with SAP's.

The interview is structured and comprehensive. usually 2-3 stages, including panel interviews. 1 with hiring manager, 1 with panel, 1 with executive level manager. HR is professional about it. Negotiations are done respectfully.

I was kept informed well across the entire process
