Interview process was way way too slow. Company seemed like a slow moving mess. HR Call then a 10 day wait before a Phone screen, then another 9 day wait before a second phone screen, then another week before 6 person interview spanning 4 hours. I was also told AFTER phone screens the job didn't start for 5 months. HR tried to spin it as a "time to focus on life outside of work" until the start date. Just absurd all around. People in the interview seemed nice enough, except for one or two people who seemed to be a bit robotic and pretentious. My overall impression of the process: "An over stuffed administrative mess, with a too many cooks in the kitchen syndrome"
