One interview with group director and upper level management. Very casual and friendly environment. Took me around to meet a few of the staff, and were very friendly during the entire interview process.

Long and disappointing process. I interviewed for the logistics engineer position and was told by the recruiter verbatim that I was 1 of 2 finalist for the position and that the team really wanted me at the Novi location due to my "outgoing personality". I was not selected for the position and it was offered to the other finalist who DECLINED, rather than reaching out to extend the offer to me it was given to someone internally. Fast forward a few days later the position becomes available AGAIN, this time I was told I would not need to interview since I had just had one for the same position but internal candidates would still need to be interviewed and I would be "kept in mind". After waiting 2 weeks I was told the position was given to an internal candidate once more. If a company plans to hire internally do not get the hopes up of those who applied and interviewed externally.
