I was told of the vacancy by a colleague I applied online, receive a telephone interview and then a face to face interview. Pretty straight forward interview, not much difficulty.

The interview process was straightforward and well organised. The interviewer was very experienced and created a comfortable environment, which made the conversation feel relaxed and natural. It felt more like a discussion than a formal interrogation, which helped me explain my experience clearly. Overall, it was a positive experience and the interviewer was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to.

No interview, just a quick and easy problem solving test as well as being taught how to work on each mail sorting station. Very easy and stress free interview day
