The interview was a four hour process with seven different RoviSys employees. There were eight candidates being interviewed at the same time as myself. After a group lunch with employees and other candidates, we were given a tour of their facility then we were put into our own separate conference rooms for the actual interviews. Employees rotated form room to room until all candidate interviewed with all the employees. In the course of four hours I interviewed with seven individuals. The interview experience was good however the communication afterwards was extremely poor. I had to call, and leave a voicemail because the phone was nave answered, then await for an email reply. They said they would respond to candidates within 1 to 2 weeks. After several phone calls and emails, I was not given an offer four weeks after the interview.

Very basic Interview, the employees were very personable. The interview itself went over past experiences/ projects with a lot of the time allotted to the questions I had prepared for the company.
